Perhaps it is time that I look into getting Viskol a bed of his own. I d-don’t mind so much when he rests on the foot of my bed, but I wonder if it is u-uncomfortable for him? He is getting somewhat large… I also shouldn’t worry that he’s going to be much larger… Rinoa said he shouldn’t be too much larger… He won’t be a monster like that other one… I imagine that it would do some good to get him something anyway, p-perhaps something in a nice red…
The dean does not appear to be o-overly pleased with my refusal to do a certain lesson for my class, but he seems to have l-let it slide for this time. I’ve already explained the parts to the children, gave them diagrams. What more can they possibly they w-want from me? It would be horrible to simply tear something that beautiful apart.
…Actually that reminds me that I should g-get to the greenhouse and feed the children. I imagine they’re getting somewhat h-hungry after all.

Sure, the course outline says that I should be giving the dissection lesson to the kids. What the hell do they expect me to do? Yank my flowers out by the roots and offer them up to be chopped by amateurs? I’m not going to murder my flowers so that some student — who likely won’t even continue in the horticulture field — can tear it apart like it hasn’t got any feelings or will to live.
They’re alive too. Why the hell should I end their lives for some idiot child?
It’s not happening. If they want someone else to bring in some wilted flowers, fine, but those aren’t going to be in the proper health for a dissection class. And I’m not giving up any of my plants nor my recently dead. I’ve yet to figure out what killed them. God forbid I bring in a plant covered in harmful bacteria to my classroom.
I’m skipping the damn lesson. And if the dean has issue with it, well.
Too damn bad.

D-dissection lesson…?! I don’t think that I can d-do that, m-maybe I’ll go ahead and skip that lesson plan… I’ve already made it clear to the students what all the parts are: sepals, anther, stamen, filament, stigma, style, ovary and pistils. They shouldn’t n-need to dissect… I can’t do that one… I c-can’t…
I’m just going to move onto the next one, the one I have written up called ‘How Does a Seed Germinate?’ I don’t think that the f-first years will be bored with that one… And if they are, w-well then, maybe I shouldn’t be… [deleted] I’ll just get to work on g-gathering everything for that.
Viskol is running about as though he hasn’t seen the room in… a week. I suppose that would m-make sense, then… O-on that note, then, Miss Aensland…? Miss R-Redfield…? If he’s bothering either one of you, please l-let me know… After all he’s not as small as he used to be… I didn’t realize that he was going to get s-so… W-well then.
…Miranda. I… Spoke with that man you mentioned… He had better not bother you again. Let me know if he does.

That was a nice and …eventful trip.
It was really nice to see Munich and your hometown, Miranda. I’m glad that y-you had a good time, you seemed really happy in Tann. Although some of the people there… I do not think they realized I knew German. [deleted] Th-thank you for going with me, I don’t think I could have asked for a b-better trip whatsoever. You fly very w-well, too… I do not… I apologize for having, ah, been l-less than graceful on the plane rides…
Miss Heartilly; if you do not mind I would like to come and pick up Viskol as s-soon as possible to get him off of your hands. I do h-hope that he wasn’t t-too bad or anything for you. Ah… Would you like p-pay? I can offer you something as th-thanks.
